What to do

To all those interested in the world of invention and inventors, and to all those who believe that human evolved by inventions, dramatically reduced human suffering and increased his awareness of life and the universe. And to all those who believe that the inventor or the gifted can appear in any corner of the world and at any time and place and can not be repeated like him or identical to him, to all those we must say: -

1/ Work must be done to form an effective international association of inventors that is actually interested in inventions and inventors, because the existing (IFIA) association is very weak and nothing more than a name.

2/ This association, which is formed with inventors in the ongoing demand for the development of patent laws that are fairer to the inventor, the ports must be completely closed to patent thieves and the efforts of others, certainly that novelty alone is the basis for granting patents, and the failure of the inventor to provide the necessary money to register the patent should not be a justification for giving the opportunity to thieves .

3/ The continuous demand to teach intellectual property rules and laws at an early stage to students and in basic schools in order to be encouraging, motivating and protecting the Talented and inventors, all countries of the world without exception should be encouraged and asked to teach these rules and laws early.

4/ It must be constantly claimed that exceptional achievers are considered a global treasure and therefore must be protected, just as human civilizations are protected by UNESCO, because it is the talented who make civilizations.

To sum up, to all those interested in inventions, we must think together in order to create an active global association for inventors, this association must urge countries to spread awareness of intellectual property and its laws to society and students from an early stage. Binding global rules must be established to protect those with exceptional inventions and abilities as the makers of human civilization. Develop equitable solutions for the inventor if he fails for financial or health reason to be able to patent his idea. Without neglecting the right of States to protect their national security
